1889 PHILIPS Select Atlas, George Philip & Son. London.
The front cover is in poor condition and the front 2 pages are loose with the rest being detached from the spine. However, most of the inner of the Atlas is in exceptionally fine condition. All of the 36 Maps have been inserted into the Atlas and are on good stock with no printing on reverse....all can be easily removed for framing or selling individually. The pages size is 6 5/8" x 10 3/4' but all maps are double page spread giving a map size of 13 1/4" x 10 3/4". There is the odd map that may have small rips on some edges or minor stains but most are in beautiful condition.
