BOOKANO Stories With Pictures That Spring Up -Circa 1950
A fabulous old POP-UP BOOK by BOOKANO Published by Strand Publications London and Edited By Louis Giraud. Book size is 8 5/8" x 6 5/8" and 1 1/2" in thickness( pages not numbered). There are six excellent Pop-Ups...four are near perfect and the other two need minor repairs to the tabs which we will attend to. The pages are Cartridge Paper ...common during the war and early 1950's. There is a little age spotting... mainly on page edges. Two of the black and white pictures have been 'hand-coloured' in by a child of yester-year. All in all a very nice example of this highly collectible old book.
