White Star Liner S.S. Lusitania Postcard Dated 1908
A very nice old postcard fro STERN, New York, postally used and dated November 1908. A bit soft on the corners as per picture but a wonderful genuine old piece of shipping history. The Lusitania was launched in June of 1906 for the Cunard White Star Line. She is famous for being sunk by the Germans off Ireland in 1915 and thus giving America a reason for entering World War One
