SEPECAT Jaguar GR.1 XX963/AL, No.14 Squadron, RAF Brüggen. British-French supersonic attack jet. Originally used by the RAF and French AF in close air support and nuclear strike roles. Currently still in service with the Indian Air Force. In 1982 XX963 was involved in an infamous "friendly fire" incident, when it was accidentally shot down by an RAF Phantom. Diecast metal model with some plastic parts. Genuine RAF Germany Cold War markings. Approx. 23cm x 13cm (9" x 5"). Comes with ordnance, a pilot figure, and a display stand. Landing gear can be shown up or down.
