Rare MURATTI'S "Young Ladies" Cigarettes Tin Circa 1910

A rare one to find in such excellent condition with the lid graphics still so bright and legible...plus no rust at all. I wasn't aware that female smokers were catered for with their own brands quite so early last century. The tin measures just 3" x 2 3/4" and is just 1/2" in depth. Carries a "By Special Appointment" insignia on the inner lid but I'm not certain at all what this represents...the writing looks Russian I think.
