Focke Wulf FW190A-8 Luftwaffe JG26, "Black 13" of Josef "Pips" Priller, France 1945. Fighter Ace and Wing Commander, Priller was credited with shooting down 101 enemy aircraft. On gaining his 100th victory, he was awarded the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords. The FW 190A was a small, nimble, ferociously powered aircraft, packed with armament. Through it's numerous variants, it saw service from 1941 to 1945. Diecast model, with rotating prop, sliding canopy, and pilot figure. Approx. 12.5cm x 14cm (5" x 5.5"). Comes with a display stand.
