Directions: Wet rock under water and apply to area affected by body odour 2-3 times under each arm and or foot (rinse then apply to your other arm/foot), rinse, shake off excess water and put away for next time. Be careful not to drop it.  Apply to clean skin after your shower for long lasting protection.

Body Crystal acts as a prevention to body odour and NOT A COVER UP.
