Heirloom Pumpkin Kamo Kamo Seeds

Also known as Kumi Kumi. We have been grown these for number of years with great success! Grown by organic methods on our farm in Banks Peninsula on black compost mix. It is a traditional Maori pumpkin. It is solid in shape with heavy ribbing. Size of a tennis ball, have a nutty flavour, a speckled green soft skin with white-green flesh and are used like zucchini. Mature kamo kamo have a speckled green hard skin, are about the size of a netball, have a deep white flesh and are used like buttercup squash. They are really good for storing for long period. Maturing time 100 to 130 days approx.
