These premium quality, crystal clear cold cups and lids are strong and light. They are food safe and environmentally friendly. Made from PLA, the ONLY compostable and biodegradable transparent cups made from sustainable, renewable resources, ALL other transparent cups are made from plastics that end their life as landfill, litter or pollution. Please note PLA products are very heat sensitive; they should not be exposed to a heat source or left in sunlight. They will distort at temperatures exceeding 40 °C, which, for example, is easily achieved in a closed car on a sunny day.

These containers are certified commercially composted to EN13432 and ASTM D6400 standards; they are safe, however, in a home compost, but will take longer than the compost product certification standards require to compost. Being made entirely from renewable plant materials, compostable & biodegradable, makes these a circular economy product.
