Swivel Cushion

A transfer device that conforms to the shape of the seat and removes the friction caused when swiveling in and out of the seat. The cushion provides an excellent alternative when getting in and out of a vehicle, chair, or bed where there is difficulty due to back pain or sore hips. The cushion has two separate padded disks which join in the centre. The lower disk has a slip resistant backing which helps hold it in place on the car seat, and the inner linings slide against each other allowing the cushion to rotate. To use - place the cushion on top of your car seat (or any seat). Back up and sit down on the cushion and rotate or swivel to face the right direction. This seat will NOT move without user assistance and it will only move as quickly as the person that is using it can move. This is to ensure that the person does not move too quickly and injure themselves, especially post hip operations.
